Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
