The Role
You will lead a cross-functional team in developing and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models. Your work will directly impact our roadmap for 2026, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical AI implementation.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures tailored for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and reduced latency in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, specifically Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to integrate cutting-edge features.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment of AI models using containerization and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based AI services.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
