Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-level ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Optimize neural architectures for edge computing and IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Research and implement federated learning techniques for distributed data environments
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and transformer architectures
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure certified)
- Strong Python/C++ skills with experience in high-performance computing
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning concepts (QML) and quantum annealing
