- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company’s 2026 growth objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks to propose cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in machine learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving real-world problems using AI/ML.
