Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems focused on LLMs and generative models.
- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Conduct research and implement novel techniques in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI frameworks, libraries, and hardware accelerators.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
