Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for autonomous systems and robotics.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability and security.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time decision-making capabilities in high-stakes environments.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethical AI governance, and bias mitigation within the 2026 framework.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into deployable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of Transformer models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
