Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting billions of inference requests.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
