Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for our AI platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- MLOps & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, implementing CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI research (e.g., LLMs, Diffusion Models) into production workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with large language models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and generative AI frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous engineering problems at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
