Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research in novel AI methodologies to stay ahead of the 2026 technological curve.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and best practices for the project's long-term success.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate complex AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimization: Continuously refine model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-world deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers in advanced AI techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building production-level AI/ML systems.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
