Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Autonomous Agent frameworks, focusing on self-correction and tool-use capabilities.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time reasoning and complex task execution.
- Build robust MLOps pipelines to manage model lifecycle, from training to deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate 2026 strategic visions into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance in all AI system designs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying high-traffic ML applications.
