Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructures capable of scaling to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and generative AI.
- Optimize Performance: Drive efficiency improvements in our deep learning frameworks and data pipelines.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
