Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabytes of real-time data for next-gen AI models.
- Lead AI Research Implementation: Translate theoretical research papers into production-ready code and infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced inference optimization techniques to reduce latency and increase throughput for edge computing devices.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with product goals and ethical AI standards.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of quantum-resistant cryptography and data privacy protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, distributed systems, or AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying transformer models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
