Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical architecture with business goals and long-term vision.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system robustness and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and MLOps.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and roadmap planning for enterprise-level AI initiatives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and manage large, distributed engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
