The Role
You will be responsible for designing the technical blueprint for our AI evolution through 2026. This is not just a coding role; it is a strategic leadership position requiring deep technical expertise and a keen eye for future trends.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for AI integration leading up to 2026.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver innovative ML models and NLP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
