Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead technical strategy for large-scale AI deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Ensure strict adherence to security and compliance standards in all data handling.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture, specifically within AI/ML domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
