Responsibilities
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of high-scale AI systems and microservices.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of generative AI models and large language models into production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure low latency and high throughput for AI inference.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure data privacy compliance across all AI workloads.
- Roadmap Planning: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and MLOps pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
