In this role, you will push the boundaries of traditional 2D animation, creating fluid, engaging motion graphics that captivate audiences worldwide.
We are looking for a master of motion who understands the nuances of timing, spacing, and character performance. You will work closely with our creative directors to bring complex narratives to life using state-of-the-art digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality 2D animations for marketing campaigns, web experiences, and mobile applications.
- Create detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts before production.
- Develop character rigs and ensure smooth performance during motion capture or keyframe animation.
- Collaborate with sound designers and editors to synchronize visuals with audio tracks perfectly.
- Optimize animation assets for various platforms to ensure seamless playback performance.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback on their portfolio work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in 2D animation, motion graphics, or related fields.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (12 principles of animation) and storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from character animation to abstract motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
