Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime SLA for enterprise clients
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical support experience (or equivalent certification)
- Expertise in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
