Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.

- Drive sales targets and analyze performance metrics to implement effective strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle high-level customer service issues and escalations with professionalism.
- Manage weekly payroll, scheduling, and staff attendance records accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
