Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Participate in store events and weekend promotions to drive sales
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures for evening/weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
