Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms at all times.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise adjustments according to company policy.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and seasonal setup.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience with luxury or high-end retail is a plus.
