Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards
- Process returns/exchanges while upholding customer satisfaction policies
- Assist in seasonal transitions including markdown execution and new product launches
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends and brand aesthetics
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory tools)
