Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves and display areas with new merchandise, ensuring products are priced and labeled correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing the back-of-house area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
