Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and seasonal resets.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
