Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Contribute to team sales goals through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Support inventory management processes and stock replenishment
- Participate in daily store operations and weekend/holiday coverage
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling comfort
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
