Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selections and provide exceptional in-store shopping experiences
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions and returns
- Merchandise and maintain visual displays to brand standards
- Support inventory management including receiving and stock organization
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in evening closing procedures including securing the store
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all team members
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to Pike Place Market location
- Must be 18+ years old to work evening hours
