Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring all receipts are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and store organization.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or cash handling is a plus but not required.
- Strong math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
