Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Restock merchandise and ensure all displays are current and well-presented.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-8 hours).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
