Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs, providing knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems is a plus.
