Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation and display maintenance
- Participate in paid training programs covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and maintaining stockroom organization
- Uphold company policies on safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures
Qualifications
