Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and replenish items
- Maintain clean, orderly, and visually appealing store displays
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operational transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic proficiency with inventory software (RF scanners, POS systems)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
