Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Operate inventory management systems including stock receiving and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room standards
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts through vigilant store monitoring
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required - we train!
