Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling displays
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Uphold brand standards in store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
