Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences

- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid NC driver's license (if required for store transfers)
