Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments overnight
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Maintain pristine store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Process inbound shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Train new associates on stocking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of stocking or warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Basic proficiency with inventory software or willingness to learn
