Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems and inventory scanners to process transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and store navigation using provided equipment
- Merchandise and maintain displays using provided tools and fixtures
- Process returns/exchanges using company-issued handheld devices
- Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor polishers) to maintain store appearance
- Utilize provided tablets to check inventory levels and place stock orders
- Operate company-provided audio systems for announcements and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to learn and operate provided retail technology (scanners, POS systems)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati store locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and use provided equipment
