Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided POS systems and inventory tools
- Operate store equipment including handheld scanners and fitting room monitors
- Process transactions accurately with provided cash registers and card readers
- Organize displays using provided visual merchandising tools and fixtures
- Manage inventory counts using provided barcode scanners and tablets
- Assist with shipments using provided pallet jacks and packaging equipment
- Train new associates on equipment protocols and store systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Comfort with provided retail technology (no personal tech required)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina for standing and moving store equipment
