Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and identifying out-of-stock items for restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cash handling and inventory tracking.
