Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including floorset changes and promotional displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store presentation
- Assist in training new associates on brand standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion/trend awareness
- Valid California ID and authorization to work in the US
