Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a passion for retail is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills required for handling transactions and change.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
