Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Organize and restock merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain an appealing store appearance.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
