Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries promptly.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Stay informed about product inventory and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
