Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stock rooms
- Support team with stock replenishment and inventory counts

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
