Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise according to company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Adhere to all safety and OSHA guidelines
- Complete assigned stocking quotas within timeframes
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- No prior experience required - paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
