Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and problem resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory organization
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all departments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
