Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliable internet access for potential virtual training.
