Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product recommendations and order assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain store visual standards through merchandising, stocking, and inventory management
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise according to company guidelines
- Operate store equipment (e.g., baler, compactor) safely and efficiently
- Participate in team activities to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring store security and following safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Previous retail or customer service experience highly desirable
