Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the stockroom using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and displays efficiently according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility
- Operate pallet jacks and scanning equipment as per safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stock rotation
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
