Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and replenishment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Support store operations through merchandising and visual standards execution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
