Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers warmly and answering their product-related inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Merchandise the sales floor according to visual standards to drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
